Various problems can arise when using diamond saw blades. Some are due to machine issues, others to the saw blade itself, and still others to environmental factors.
So, what to do if the material cut by a diamond saw blade is of uneven thickness?
Specific reasons:
1. Inconsistent guide rollers; loosen the nuts and readjust to ensure they are consistent.
2. Excessive saw blade jump; level the saw blade and inspect it for defects.
3. Asymmetrical welding between the cutter head and the base; re-weld or replace the saw blade.
4. Inappropriate basic tension; the saw blade tension needs to be readjusted.
5. Loose screws on the fixed carriage lead screw bearing seat; adjust the rotating screw.
6. Poor levelness of the guide rail diameter; use a string line to check the levelness and adjust it to within 0.5mm; the levelness should be less than 1mm.
7. Excessive clearance in the lead screw and nut; the clearance was not eliminated during operation; ensure the clearance is eliminated in one direction during operation.
8. The nut is not clamped tightly and is wobbling; tighten the clamping nut.
9. The volume of the raw material being cut is less than 0.5 cubic meters; the raw material should be greater than 0.5 cubic meters.
10. The drive chain is too loose; adjust the chain tension.
