What standards must stone mining machine meet

The stone mining machine is a good helper to assist in stone production. Typically, the machines have to work continuously for up to 8 hours a day. Since the machine works intensively and continuously for a long time, a high-quality machine must have good quality. So what standards should a high-quality quarry machine meet when leaving the factory?

1. Parts

The surface of each component of the stone mining machine should be free of burrs and flash, and the wrench should be flat. Purchased parts must have supporting documents or pass production inspection before they can be assembled. During the trial operation of the stone mining machine, the transmission wheel needs to be rotated. All parts must be coordinated and harmonized. There should be no collisions or jams during the transmission process, and the spindle should run smoothly. The internal fuel tank should have no visible oil droplets.

2. Production

Since the stone machine is a machine used to cut stone, its rotational speed is very important. If it is too fast, it will easily wear out. If it is too slow, it will not meet the production requirements, so we need to conduct a capacity test on it.

Under normal production conditions, use a stopwatch to record the number of bricks produced in one minute. It is allowed to multiply the recorded five-point quantity by 12 in lieu of the cutting output in one hour.

3. Noise

No matter how good the machine is, it must be controlled by people, so the noise generated by the machine when working will also affect the staff and the use and work of the machine. So we need to perform noise monitoring on the machine. Measured using a Class A sound level recorder. The sound level meter should be placed 2m away from the host and 1.5m away from the ground. Measured in four directions. The maximum value shall not be greater than 85db(A). If ambient noise is present, the measurements should be corrected.
