When using diamond wire saw to mine surface stone, some auxiliary equipment is also needed to complete the various processes in the process of diamond wire saw mining stone.
The auxiliary equipment directly involved are hydraulic drills for drilling, large-diameter pneumatic rock drills, hydraulic drills for pushing and dumping separated blocks, and air pressure bags or water pressure bags used in conjunction with hydraulic top stone machines. Other auxiliary equipment include slow winches for moving blanks, lifting blanks and equipment transportation, car cranes, mast cranes, crawler cranes, etc. for material replacement, bulldozers for cleaning gravel, waste slag and production stripping, which can also be replaced by wheeled or crawler loaders.
When performing mine stripping projects on stone mines mined with diamond wire saws, in addition to removing the overburden and surrounding rocks that do not belong to the ore body, the broken ore sections in the cracks of the weathered ore section should also be cleaned until the complete fresh ore body bedrock is exposed.
In fact, there are many ways to strip. In addition to using mechanical equipment such as bulldozers or excavators, conventional blasting methods can also be used to remove surrounding rocks and weathered ore sections without damaging the ore body. However, the blasting parameters should be reasonably selected to prevent the blasting surface from damaging the main ore body.
The selection and matching of mining and auxiliary equipment should be determined according to the geological and natural conditions of the ore body, the scale of mine production and the development method. After the equipment type and model are determined, the diamond wire saw should be determined according to the production scale.
